To open a technical support ticket log in to your MyRedstation Control Panel.

Telephone Support - Redstation's customer support team is available from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Freephone 0800 622 6655. You will need to provide your Redstation Account Number and your Support PIN Number.
